Ang suspek ay nahaharap sa kasong double frustrated murder.

Ang Warrant of Arrest ay inisyu ng presiding judge ng Regional Trial Court, 12th Judicial Region, Branch 14, Cotabato City noong December 23, 2014.

200,000 pesos ang inirekomendang piyansa ng korte.

Ang warrant of arrest ay isinilbi ng pinagsanib na pwersa ng Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) Maguindanao Provincial Field Unit, sa pakikipagtulungan ng CIDG Regional Field Unit BAR, CIDG Cotabato CFU, Datu Odin Sinsuat Municipal Police Station, Maritime Maguindanao Station, at ng Maguindanao Del Norte Police Intelligence Unit.

Nasa kustodiya na ng CIDG Maguindanao PFU office ang inarestong indibidwal para sa documentation at processing.
