29-anyos na kabilang sa Most Wanted ng Cotabato Province, arestado matapos isilbi ng otoridad ang Warrant of Arrest sa kasong Rape

Himas rehas ang 29 anyos na si alyas “Liz” matapos isilbi ng otoridad ang Warrant of Arrest laban dito sa kasong rape.

Ang Warrant of Arrest ay inisyu ng Presiding Judge ng Regional Trial Court ng Midsayap Cotabato.

Walang inirekomendang piyansa ang korte sa kaso.

Inaresto ito araw ng Biyernes, February 7. Ang suspek ay residente ng Purok 4, Brgy. Sangay Datu, Ozamis City,Misamis Occidental.

Sumailalim na ito sa mandatory physical at medical examinations bago ito iprenisinta sa korte.
