Napasakamay ng otoridad ang suspek na kinilala sa alyas na “Mirmo” sa bisa ng warrant of arrest na inisyu ni Judge Vicente Dumbrigue ng Regional Trial Court, Branch 61, Kidapawan City, na may petsa na March 3, 2025-

Sa kasong Acts of Lasciviousness at paglabag sa Republic Act No. 7610 o ang Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation.

Nahuli ang suspek, araw ng Martes, March 11 sa Purok 1-A, Barangay Tuael, President Roxas, Cotabato Province.

Inirekomenda ng korte ang Php200,000 na halaga ng piyansa sa bawat kaso.

Dinala na si lolo sa custodial facility ng President Roxas Police Station para sa proper disposition at documentation.

Ang operasyon ay sanib pwersa na isinagawa ng mga elemento ng President Roxas Municipal Police Station, Cotabato Police Provincial Office at Criminal Investigation and Detection Group, North Cotabato.
