Disadvantaged and Displaced Workers in Maguindanao del Sur Receive Cash Assistance Under DOLE's TUPAD Program

MAGUINDANAO (January 24, 2024) - Beneficiaries of the Tulong Pangkabuhayan sa Ating Disadvantaged at Displaced Workers (TUPAD) from Maguindanao del Sur have received their wages for their ten days of work under the program facilitated by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).




Residents from Pandag, Gen. Salipada K. Pendatun, Buluan, Paglat, Datu Salibo, and Ampatuan were beneficiaries of the January 22, 2024 payout.


Each beneficiary received 3,410 pesos in the presence of representatives from DOLE XII.


TUPAD Payout in Maguindanao del Sur was made possible through the assistance of the offices of Senator Cynthia Villar, Senator Loren Legarda, and Congressman JC Abalos.


The program aligns with Governor Bai Mariam Sangki-Mangudadatu's "Oportunidad Para sa Lahat" (Opportunity for All) under its 10-Point Socioeconomic Development Agenda for the province.
