Alinsunod sa Dangerous Drugs Board Regulation No. 8 at ng Department of Labor and Employment’s Order No. 37-03 series of 2002-

Sumailalim sa Mandatory Drug Testing ang lahat ng empleyado ng Ministry of Health BARMM.

Ito ay bahagi ng pagtataguyod ng isang drug-free workplace at pagtugon sa tumataas na substance abuse sa mga government agencies. Ang programa ay alinsunod din sa Republic Act 9165 o ang Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
