In a press briefing following his first Command Conference at Camp Crame, PNP Chief Marbil stressed the importance of investing in new technologies over traditional tools, citing the outdated doctrine of "move, shoot, communicate."
The General emphasized the need for the PNP to adapt to the evolving landscape of crimes conducted through computers and the internet, underscoring the imperative to bolster the Anti-Cybercrime Group.
