MOTC BARMM, nanawagan sa mga interesadong may-ari ng lupa na nais magbenta ng kanilang pag-aari na lupa na pagtatayuan ng ministry ng mga impounding areas sa tatlong strategic na lokasyon sa rehiyon

Sa pamamagitan ng Bangsamoro Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (BLTFRB), target ng pamahalaan na bumili ng lupa sa Parang, Maguindanao del Norte, kinakailangan ng ministry ang 10,000 sqm at may inilaang pondo na 10 million pesos.


Sa Marawi City naman, 10,000 sqm din ang kinailangang lugar ₱15 million ang inilaang pondo. Habang sa Cotabato City, parehong laki rin ng lupa ang kinailangan, 10,000 sqm at ₱30 million ang inilaang budget.


Ayon sa MOTC-BARMM, bahagi ito ng kanilang inisyatiba para palakasin ang regulasyon at operasyon ng pampublikong transportasyon sa rehiyon.


Formal nilang inaanyayahan ang mga may-ari ng lupa sa nasabing mga lokasyon na magsumite ng kanilang “offer to sell” at lumahok sa isasagawang negotiation para sa posibleng pagbili ng kanilang lupa.


Para sa karagdagang detalye hinggil sa proseso, dokumento, at schedule ng pagsusumite, maaaring makipag-ugnayan sa tanggapan ng BLTFRB-BARMM.


Narito naman ang mga kinailangang proposeso at requirements


Minimum Requirements for Site Qualidication:

a. Accessibility – Must be easily reachable through major roads for efficient towing and retrieval operations.

b. Proximity to Security – Preferably near police or security agencies.

c. Clear Legal Ownership – Must have clean title and free from any dispute.

d. Low Disaster Risk –Should have no history or risk of natural hazards.


Documentary Requirements for Titled Lands:

Letter of Intent to Sell (Offer to Sell) – Addressed to:

Allan M. Rinibatan

Chairperson, Regular Bids and Awards Committee (RBAC)

Ministry of Transportation and Communications – BARMM


1. Tax Identification Number (TIN) of the Seller/Authorized Representative

2.Certified True Copy of Title (OCT or TCT) or Copy Certified by the Registry of Deeds (2 Originals)

3.Certification of No Existing Improvement (City/Municipal Assessor’s Office)

4.Certified True Copy of Tax Declaration (1 Original, signed by Assessor’s Office)

5.Zonal Value of the Property

6.Barangay Clearance (certifying no claimant and no boundary dispute)

7.Approved Land Survey and Technical Specifications

8.Photocopy of Valid ID of the Seller/Authorized Representative

9. Special Power of Attorney, if applicable

10. Certificate of No Pending Case (from the Executive Clerk of Court)


Additional Requirements for Estate Titled Lands:

1. TIN of Estate or TIN of Heirs

2.Death Certificate

Total Land Holdings (issued by the City/Municipal Assessor’s Office)

3.Extra-Judicial Settlement or Self-Adjudication

4. Special Power of Attorney, if applicable
