Arestado sa operasyon ng Cotabato Police Provincial Office (CPPO) ang isa sa mga Regional Level Top 10 Most Wanted Person matapos isilbi ang warrant of arrest nito.

Kinilala ang suspek na si alyas “Far”, 31 anyos, residente ng Alim Street, Brgy. Poblacion, Kidapawan City.

Inaresto ang suspek ng Tracker Team ng Kidapawan City Police Station base sa dalawang kasong Paglabag sa Republic Act 9165 o ang Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, Article II, Section 11 at Paglabag sa Republic Act 10591 o Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act

Isinagawa ang operasyon, a-29 ng Hulyo sa Dimazenod Avenue, Barangay Poblacion, Kidapawan City.

Ang warrant of arrest ay inilabas ni Jose Tanalgo Tabosares, Presiding Judge ng Regional Trial Court Branch 23, 12th Judicial Region, Kidapawan City. Walang inirekomendang piyansa ang korte sa kaso.
