Ipinapanukala ng Ministry of Health (MOH) ang P8.606 billion budget para sa taong 2026.
Ang MOH ang pangalawang may pinakamalaking alokasyon ng pondo sa Bangsamoro government, sa pagpapatuloy ng pagdinig ng Subcommittee C ng Finance, Budget, and Management Committee ng BTA.
Popondohan ng ipinapanukalang budget ang Access to Promotive Health Care Services at Access to Curative Health Care Services.
Mayroon din itong subprograms na sumusuporta sa barangay health stations, rural health units, scholarships para sa health workers, disease prevention, immunization program, at mental health at psychosocial support.
Sakop rin ng proposed budget ang medical outreach missions, medical assistance, Quick Response Fund, incentives para sa barangay health workers, at operations ng Bangsamoro-run hospitals.
Sa kasalukuyan, mayroong 1,052 barangay health stations ang BARMM, 131 rural health units, 27 hospitals, dalawang drug rehabilitation centers, 17 women and children protection units, at 14 temporary treatment at monitoring facilities.
