Sa ikalawang araw ng 2026 budget deliberations ng Committee on Finance, Budget and Management ng Bangsamoro Transition Authority Parliament, patuloy ang Subcommittees A at B sa proposed budgets ng Office of the Chief Minister at ng Ministry of Trade, Investments and Tourism.

Patuloy ang deliberasyon ng Subcommittee B na pinangunahan ni CFBM Vice Chair MP Atty. Naguib Sinarimbo sa ₱864M proposed budget ng MTIT na sumusuporta sa mga programa sa trade and industry development, investment promotion, tourism growth, at consumer protection sa BARMM.

Kasama rin sa proposal ang pondo para sa halal industry development, enterprise support, local industry development, at pagbuhay muli sa barter trading.

Kabilang din sa major components ng ₱220M na alokasyon sa Phase 1 ang dredging at reclamation project sa Polloc Port Freeport at Economic Zone sa Parang, Maguindanao del Norte.

Base sa report ng MTIT, nakapagtala ng 250,000 tourist arrivals ngayong taon habang pinapalago pa ang peace-centered tourism at mas maayos na pagnenegosyo sa rehiyon.
