Pinangunahan ni Progresibong Bangsamoro Party Vice President Atty. Moh Asraf Tungupon Baird, ang paghahain sa COMELEC BARMM ng Manifestation in Lieu of a Petition for Registration para sa first Parliamentary Election sa BARMM

First nominee si BTA Deputy Speaker Don Mustapha Loong. Kabilang din sa listahan ng mga nominee ang Secretary General ng partido, Gerry Marrack, at Deputy Secretary General Dr. Laarnie Barangai Racman.

Inilalarawan ang partido na isang broad-based political movement na binubuo ng mga leaders, professionals, youth, women, at grassroots advocates.

Ilan sa mga key priorities ng party ay ang pagpapalakas ng transparency at accountability; sustaining peace, security, at justice systems; pagpapalawak ng economic opportunities sa agriculture, fisheries, at micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs); gayundin ang pag invest sa education, healthcare, at human capital; pagpapapunlad ng infrastructure at digital connectivity; at pagsusulong ng environmental sustainability.

Binibigyang diin din ng partido ang participatory governance at sectoral representation, na naglalayong palakasin ang boses ng mga magsasaka, fisherfolk, women, youth, indigenous peoples, at grassroots communities.
